Ping gone from 55 to 180

So my ping never really moved from 55 give or take a few. Now ever since this morning, my ping is fluctuating around 180? Ive reset my modem, unplug it turn it off, restarted computer, done everything I can think of apart from firewall since that shudnt be a thing since yesterday my ping was perfect. Ive done speedtest with other location around oceania and all of them are between 30 and 70 ping. WHY IS IT THAT ITS 180 FOR LEAGUE?? I cant play ranked with 180 ping and this is really frustrating
