Where is the pay me to throw games tab in the game menus? There's no way people are that bad.... you cant possibly believe that you can go 0/11 on support in lane. with Draven as your ADC. its not possible. How much does riot pay you to throw games?
Bad games happen. Being in the wrong spot at the wrong time against superior opponents and having a bad day does not mean you're intentionally throwing.
^ this, xP you get one or two bad misplays, lag, xP stupid minion moves sideways and you get thresh or blitzpulled, or whatever else xD and all of a sudden you are hugging turret praying you don't get dove xD.

0/13/2 support doesn't just happen. you have to work at that. when your jungle is 16/2 and you have two assists you're doing it wrong. No one is that bad at this game. they are paid off simple as that. or mentally incompetent. Draven was the adc but it wasnt me, soraka draven is smart because she is so squishy and he is so bursty so when they go after her he can two shot them each before she dies... but that didnt happen as she died before he could AA once... by getting caught... diving the bush... like 6 times.
