Bilgewater: Burning Tides.........THANK YOU RIOT

My God. This event is just stunning. From lore, to art, to gameplay, this event is leagues better then the past two events combined (in my opinion).

Butchers Bridge is just fricken gorgeous.

The new quests for the icons adds an interesting new dynamic to the game. Yeah, we've had similar things, but not like this.

The stories released so far are just fabulous, and no one can deny that. I'm VERY eager to see whats coming next.

Gangplank is now a far more interesting character, both lore and gameplay wise.

MF has also benefited from lore. We have yet to see anything released for her except some fancy art, and a fricken gorgeous skin, but this is enough to make me more than interested in how Riot will "introduce" her into this new world.

Even though we have yet to play it (except for PBE players), the Black Market Brawlers game mode does seem very interesting. Changing the minions to 4 different upgrade-able "super" minions, each designed for its own purpose? Yes please!

Riot, you have absolutely outdone yourselves. I will admit, I was little disappointed when we found out we would be having a Bilgewater event and not a Mount Targon event (as predicted from the 3 main support items). Although I'm sure you haven't left Mount Targon to be completely forgotten just yet, everything this event has completely takes away any disappointment I had earlier.
