Need example config file please

I have a USB monitor that uses a DisplayLink driver, and it's causing LoL, which I reinstalled today for the first time in a few months, to crash on game startup. Apparently it works if I set my game to windowed mode outside of the actual game, but I am having trouble doing that because, never having successfully started the game, I don't have a config file to work from. Supposedly, the one I want to change is at "C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config", but I have heard conflicting results about that. If someone can confirm that that's the one I need to change, that would be helpful.

So, could anyone (or multiple people) please paste the text from your game config file, which is located there? Thanks a lot in advance.
