We need a New System. (Player replacement) ingame.

We aren't ever going to be able to get ride of trolls, Riot can't or won't do it and even if they get banned they just make a new account or buy a new one for like 30$ to do it all over again.

I propose we add in a system for a team to vote kick a troll in our game and have the troll replaced with someone who is qued up that can take over his champ and not be a complete dipshit with it. A game should not be ruined by one single idiot who has made it his mission to ruin 9 people's game, letting him get away with it does not solve the problem, kicking him from the match does.
