Why i think this game is unfair with new players...

I am a new player to this game i left my acc alone cause was hard to lvl up so a friend told me to get in again cause now the amount of exp needed to lvl up is half sooo i went back and now i am lvl 23... but im kind off... how do i put it... disgust?, sick?, mad? yeh prob mad, the fact is this game is unfair to me personally because of the match system in no way, shape or form should i "a lvl 23" be against lvl 30 players "one with 1600+ games and 2 more ranked on silver" on a quad q mind you and be literally stomp and cant even play, the game is fun to play on a game lvl but when players at low lvl gets limits like masterys and runes blocked that idk why masterys should be blocked in the first place i understand the runes... but the masterys shold be all 30 points allowed from the start, new players like me have no skill and we dont know how this game works yet and you are not letting us know the game by doing that, yes you can read the description but thats a diferent thing in game... now this is not a cry post take it as you want but lets be fair here it takes me forever to find a match just to be stomp like a rat... someone told me "thats how you get good by losing that hard" and thats actually right but ONLY on a fair match i mean in equal terms if i get stomped it was because i was bad not because i have no masterys o runes to comepete, you get my point? idk why riot does not care about his new player base but one thing is for sure even if i want to play this game i cant, even on a bot game people just flame each other and expect us to know everything like we are all smurfs or something smurfing is gonna kill this game even the competitive side of it cause some pro players have like 3 acc on high lvl just to prove a point and some other players cant climb because of that so yeh sorry for the long post... tbh i still want that guy with the 1600+ games to be punish for rekt low lvl players but i know thats not gonna happen even if its unfair is not his fault is the match making system... well thats all have a nice day and sorry for the long psot and for my english cya "if i even play this game anymore" because is not the first time this happen this is like 8/10 games well have a nice day/night :3

I came into existence because my friend was in a similar position to you. I'm a smurf. I queue with him so that he has 1 less teammate yelling at him and 1 more competent teammate he can rely on to make few mistakes. We still end up losing because I am but one smurf playing as one of the weakest champions in the current meta and in the least impactful role in the game but it helps him out despite us losing so much. I can give him credible feedback on his mistakes, tell him what items to build, what to expect, etc. Most new players do not get this and the experienced player base is so angry sometimes it makes starting out in this game a real chore. And for a game to feel like a chore makes people leave the game for good.

Riot recently made the experience change to combat their dropping retention rates but it may be a little too late for it to actually be impactful. It cuts down on the grind. It will put lower leveled players on "level ground" with the veteran players sooner but they will lack knowledge that the veterans have so they will still lose. I really wish that there was a rune page that gets auto unlocked once you hit level 30. Nothing major, just generic runes that are useful no matter what you play as so just defense runes and maybe some utility runes, but SOMETHING to help new players get to an even playing field. That way new players can spend their IP on stuff they actually want like a new champion. It's just not fair to new players starting out as it takes roughly 6 months to be mediocre and atleast a year to have a good enough handle on the game where you stop getting surprised by things that go on in the game.
