OMGG YESS

On my way to Rite Aid so I can fill up a subway card for $25 dollar RP. Can't wait to buy Arcade Riven such a nice skin. Can anyone suggest any skins I should buy currently or packs now that a lot of LA skins are out? Anything lower than 1.3k RP please~
