I was thinking, we buy all of these skins and have to manually go in and find each skin through the champions tab. Please implement a way to view all of the skins we have collected without having to go into each individual champion.
This would honestly make me rethink how much money I've spent on this game...
2015 and I still have to rely on third party website (elophant) to keep track of my skins........Riot, why?

An easier way to find that skins you own is to go to the store, uncheck "No Owned", and sort by champion. I used this to create a text document listing what skins I own for each champion and update it with each purchase.
It would be very nice for the client to display owned skins, but this is probably a simpler work-around in the meantime.
