with the new patch 6.5 you can get to level 30 faster and thats fine and all but no way will people be able to get 2 rune pages plus 16 champs in that time, its about 18k ip to make 2 rune page and get the 16 cheapest champs. thats about 200 games on getting 70 ip plus your first win (rounding)

i have been playing the game since juneish and have played about 2000 games (normal rank aram and twisted treeline) and i only have 4 rune pages that are not even that good and dont even own half the champs so i think that there needs to be more ip per game for new players and other players that need runes and champs like me
