@riot When can we get ranked 5s back?

I Cant play with my friends in a competitive scene because they are too low ranked and i don't want to just to normal ranked 5s anyways because i want to work for a team. Ranked 5s has been gone for 4 patches now and its super annoying. RIot please. Why was it removed in the first place?
