I feel like the survivability from titanic and mallet is just so good, as you actually have time to proc all 4 weakpoints

Mallet is great on fiora; I personally feel like titanic hydra would synergize better with a bruiser-ish build (something like item 3078 item 3022 item 3748 item 3742 item 3053 + boots of choice) to fully take advantage of the % health scalings (also steraks + sheen = <3). Titanic hydra is also extremely good on Fiora because its aa reset allows quick burst combos that compensate for not building attack speed.

That being said, it all depends on the role you want to play. The lifesteal and added waveclear from item 3074 are absolutely crucial to split pushing; Fiora's teamfighting isn't the greatest so I've been building her item 3078 item 3142 item 3035 item 3072 + usually merc treads to just be a good 1v1/1v2 duelist.

the build ive found the most success with is item 3074 item 3078 item 3072 item 3139 item 3031 or item 3508 with item 3158 and 10-15% from runes and masteries. but if you get essence youcan probably get some other boots.
