Riot, please bring back skin refunds.

Since the Karthus update, Riot has decided to close the refunding feature. Basically, what this feature used to do was if you bought a skin and they made a visual/gameplay update to the champion, you could ask for a refund through Support. Now, you can't and I don't wanna use my Final Boss Veigar since he isn't that fun to me anymore. Riot, can you please bring that feature back? It made perfect sense.
