@Riot, Current Thoughts on Invoker?

Invoker is an infamous DOTA character, having a kit that revolves around mixing elements together to create a spell from a wide selection

I think in the past someone said he was too hard to play, or too hard to balance, to fit in League. I'm wondering if this is still the case?

League has some pretty hard champions, and I think Riot is creative enough to find a good balance for such a kit
