Masteries and rune pages that are linked to champions

Ever started a game and thought.... oh no! i picked the wrong masteries/runes for my champion? i have this sometimes. I don't know if someone already posted this idea or something similar, but why not make an system that will be just like the item building for champions but then with the masteries and runes. simply let them select the mastery or rune page and add them to the specified champion(s) so when you select an champion your preferred masteries and runes are automatically selected.

For example : You name mastery page 1 "Lux" and the first rune page "AP" and you lock both on the champion Lux and maybe even other champions like Veigar or Swain. when you entered champion select the masteries and rune pages automatically change to the champion you have "locked" them to.

i don't know if this idea has been posted before, but why not :P Sorry for the bad English...
