Would like to only 20 RP

Hello i play league of legends all the time and i cant tell you how frustrating it is when i have only a very small amount of RP away from getting a skin and in this case i have 479 RP and want to get ice drake Shyvana i know it an odd request but it would be a great if i could get only 18 RP added to my account.
