20 minute leaver buster after 35 games of not leaving?

So 35 games ago I got leaver buster from a disconnect. Now... 35 games AND 22 days later (its in my match history) I DC'd again and I get leaver buster for 5 games where I have to wait 20 minutes before I can even queue. Which honestly I don't mind because its a good break to study a little. However in regards to the system being fair I'm not exactly sure. I feel like after 35 games and/or 22 days there should be a reset where it goes back to the 5 minute wait time instead of 20 minutes. How many games/days do you have to play/wait for a leaver buster reset to happen? I know it resets because its happened to me. The League of Legends wikia page about leaver buster doesn't explain much: "After receiving a certain number of leaves, which varies depending on the total number of games played and the distance in time between each leave, the player account gets first warned and then suspended for increasingly long periods of time, resulting in a permanent ban for re-iterated offenses." I suppose Riot doesn't want to tell us the exact number of games/days because they don't want people taking advantage of the system. Anyways... I still feel like they should make the leaver buster less strict considering some people disconnect instead of intentionally leave the game.
