Some of the Marksmen changes make me sad.

I was so excited when I heard they were looking at all the ADCs and their items and do changes to them. I've always felt that the ADC role as always been the least divers of all roles. In part due to how many there are compared to other roles but also due to the fact Riot nerfed several ADCs pretty much out of the game like Twitch and Lucian. So I thought this was a good chance to diversify the ADC role, which still may happen. The champs I had my eye on were Jinx and Vayne to hopefully tone down their popularity and also Twitch and Lucian to hopefully make them not so trash tier. Sadly, though, none of those champs are going to be any different then they are now. All four of these champs had their base AD increased and AD per level lowered. Also not talking about the mana changes.

Jinx now has 15% less attack speed with her rockets but that is completely off set by her passive which now stacks attack speed and it lasts for 4 seconds instead of two. Vayne got her Silver Bolts buffed. They want her success to come through her silver bolts which is fine. If you have over 1500hp her bolts will do more to you after the changes then they currently do. So unless some of the ADCs getting buffed to really hold these two down I don't think they are going any where.

Lucian's ult no longer scales with attack speed but now shoots 20/25/30 bullets based on rank. So Ghostblade is no longer a really good item on him which makes me sad since helped it helped his ult cooldown and damage. Twitch's Q cooldown now resets when he kills someone affected by his passive. Not sure how good that will be since they nerfed how long it takes for him to stealth in combat. His ult now lasts two seconds less and the cooldown was lowered to 90 at all ranks. It also crits the first target he hits for the duration but deals less damage to other targets then it currently does. Lucian is still trash tier and will remain a pointless pick in the face of other ADCs since the change doesn't address what makes him such a bad pick right now. Twitch's changes could make him played more. The reset on his Q could be better then it sounds and the crit on the firs target hit by his ult sounds really powerful.

Just my thoughts on the 4 champs I had my eye on after I heard they were looking at all the ADCs and giving them changes.
