Nunu has one thing that must be nerfed... his Ice Blast should be a skill shot because its benefits are a great asset to getting kills. If it were a skill shot there would be same benefits but it would actually take a skill shot. 
so you want him stealing buffs through walls now too?
I'll have to disagree with the Ice Blast thing, but being able to use his ult in the brush without his opponents seeing the cast of it, that's something riot needs to nerf.
Nunu is in a fairly solid weak-average right now. He lacks the hard cc a lot of supports have right now to pick up kills on a jungler gank or a laning misplay, but his steroid for the adc and his help in securing objectives make it so he isn't forced out of existence. He is one of the least played supports right now at higher levels of play, and has fallen a bit out of favor (thankfully) in the jungle as well.
