Problems with Language

I don't really know what this counts as but I feel like league needs to sort something out regarding teams who don't all speak the same language. Now I hope I don't sound like a bigot. I am not someone who thinks that the rift should be confined to one single continent or only to people of the English speaking world however language barriers have been an issue I've observed in my past few games. As I think everyone will agree a large portion of the game is the ability to communicate with your fellow team members. You can talk to people in the champion select menu to try and counter pick your opponents and on the battlefield communication is key to a victory, I have personally never been in a match with an uncommunicative team and won. League does of course have pings but these only go so far and fail to allow for the set up of a more complex play. In the past few matches my entire team has been speaking Spanish and it has made any sort of advanced communication impossible. This means that another team, who all speak the same language, have a substantial advantage over us which leads to a miserable time for myself and the other players. I get frustrated with their not being able to communicate in English and I have no doubt they feel the same way about my not being able to speak Spanish. At the end of the game the chat box was filled with people frantically typing in different languages and reminded me of what an argument at the United Nations must be like without translators. Another issue with language barriers is that of the learning process. I am not the greatest player in the game and I feel as if great deal of my learning progress has come from other players giving me pointers and also setting up maneuvers that I can use again at a later date. With a team of diverse languages this learning process is killed off. If I do make a mistake and someone types a suggestion for next game it is impossible to understand it and I just get frustrated. Anyway I've ranted enough but I would be curious to see if other players have had similar experiences or if anyone has any suggestions as to how to get around this problem. Thanks and happy loling.
