King Poro Chest Ticket I sent in

Hello,

I was hoping I could reach out to someone regarding this. I spent a decent amount of RP getting 3 king poro fragments to get a king poro chest. When I finally got the materials and opened the chest it was a skin permanent of Steel Legion Garen, which I have purchased last year for 1350 RP... I could disenchant the skin for about 650 Orange Essence, but that is some serious garbage. SO, I am just suggesting you don't allow people to get skins they have already spent their hard earned money on.. Also, if I could somehow get things switched or granted another King Poro chest that would be totally amazing. Santa would approve. Any way hope this reaches someone who can look into it.
