people should have harsher punishments in RANKED its why north america suffers

shit like duo support, afking for 10 min because you are dumb enough to not turn off your windows update or just have bad internet and play ranked anyways like a selfish prick. This is a competitive game mode yes? obviously not here but in other parts of the world because its taken seriously. Players in north america are all rednecks that dont care about anything but shooting guns and drinking beer so if it doesnt effect them oh well! Riot should do something about that by having extreme ranked bans for players that even afk 1-2 games or troll because they are a child that didnt get their way or whatever the case may be this stuff shouldn't be tolerated one time let alone the billion you give players. I should take lyte's job league would be the most non toxic thing ever and could be taken seriously here in north america. In other regions you dont need that because they have respect and dont do it to the extent other servers like north america do. Korea doesn't even report for verbal they just say you are dumb and mute you if you make no sense or say sorry if you are right. In america they will throw the most uneducated statements at you and claim its proof lol. So please either make the ban's 10x more strict or just give me lyte's job and you wont need to invest in all this stuff every season ill have it done by the end of this season.
