Gnar Nerfs

In the past Gnar was so funny and cute but now he is just a monster, at level 18 his atack speed is too high and even his "Q" damage is huge, Riot must do something with this Champ. and then there is The Black Cleaver that fits really good on him making him a câncer.[zombie-brand-facepalm]
