When Is Ezreal going to get some love?

When is going to get a buff to his base damage? His Auto attacks don't do anywhere near the damage of other adcs forcing him to have to build to even stand a chance.

His Q is a skill shot ( His biggest damage ability) If you miss or someone decides to go into minions to fight you , you lose. His W is pretty much pointless unless you build ap His E you basically need to have on Ezreal other wise he would be complete garbarge but is still Ap based. His R is decent but most of the damage is negated if it hits any minions.

His Base attack is very low so his Autos are a lot lower damage then most adcs. He doesn't do good against tanks where as someone like Quinn, Vayne, Cait can shred them with Auto Attacks Ezreal has toland every Q and auto and still doesn't do anywhere near the damage as other adcs can to tanks and in a Tank meta Ezreal isn't a smart pick.

For a Champion that is Completely reliant on skills shots the Risk vs reward is minimal in his damage.I see Ez player's all the time get destroyed bot simply because all players have to do is stay behind minions and auto Ez and he gets out traded.

Either

1.Buff his Base Damage to compete with other adcs and make him more viable against tanks 2.Make his Q not a skill shot so 70% of his damage isn't negated by minions 3.Make his Q go through minions while still doing damage to minions (like his Ult)

or

4. Make his W scale off Ad.

It is so easy to counter ezreal it is unreal which sucks cause I love playing ezreal and he is fun to play, you can do some really cool things with ezreal but anyone with half a brain can beat an ezreal by simply using minions to their advantage or build some armor and his Auto Attacks because pretty mute.

This is a Tank meta right now and ezreal sucks against tanks even if you do build Armor pen.

Literally the ONLY thing Ezreal has for Damage mid/later game as Adc is his Q & R, His W is pointless and his E is used for an escape or engage. If you miss his Q or minions are around u lose, His R is delayed so it's very easy to watch his animation and dodge so basically Your Q is your only form of damage because if you try to Auto a tank you will do very little damage and if you try to trade Autos with another Adc you will lose because of scaling damage.
