Spectator mode delay in Custom games

Custom game hosts should have the ability to choose whether or not there is a delay and if there is, they should have options to choose how long it is. Playing custom games is usually just for fun or to mess around, and for me and some other people its a way to play with and against your friends. I think it would allow the spectators to have an overall more enjoyable experience by making them feel like they are also involved in the heat of the moment. In order to counter misuse of no delay spectate in custom games, in the game lobby it will show the players whether the spectate delay has been changed or altered which will inform the players that they might not be going into a match with the same fairness as normals or ranked. I know it's only appealing to a small niche of players who enjoy playing full custom games with only friends, but I know it would have tremendous value among that community.
