How am I supposed to climb ranks

Before you say "oh you need to stop blaming your team like a bronze." Yes sometimes I play badly, but a lot of times I do really really well. How am I supposed to climb ranks when every game I get a team mate who dies twice in the first 5 minutes? I understand some people have bad games, it happens, I have bad games too. But why is it that one of my team mates is always having a bad game? Why me Rito? What have I ever done to you. I thought I was your friend.

Feel free to flame me, or call me bad or look me up and say I suck. That's fine, I'm not saying I'm Faker or challenger material. I'm a Gold 5 scrub who thinks farming is boring. I just notice that the other team always has 5 competent players, and I'm left with a Poppy top who doesn't communicate with the team and gives first blood 1 1/2 minutes into the game, and then feeds the rest of the game. Or a troll picker.

It seems like this game requires you to be a korean LCS kid just to get to platinum, or just incredible luck. Is anyone else going through this? Or maybe I'm the only one. Maybe I deserve to be bronze 5. Maybe I should just go back to MLG Neopets for competitive gameplay. Please tell me your thoughts, flame me, tell me if you're experiencing the same thing. I'm sorry for venting.
