Daily reminder

I am wanking through a 15 minute dodge time because of elo terrorists invading my normal games. There is still no "vote to dodge" or report option in champion select. I want to have fun playing norms, not have to cater to the needs of some "diamond smurf" who is probably going to feed regardless of whether they get mid or not.
