Ranked solo/duo queue AFK'ers

Riot please. Having an AFK in ranked is a struggle. Can you guys PLEASE do something about that. One of my freinds got demoted and i am 1 more loss away from being demoted as well. Im pretty sure the league community gets frustrated with this too. Can you guys reduce the amount of LP we lose, or at least prevent people from getting demoted with an AFK on their team. We never asked for an AFK we want to have a fun game and reach to the top. Please up-vote so that RIOT can see.
