Bugs,bad team,stupid riot,stupid game

Hey Riot,why are you putting me ALWAYS in bad team with feeders and spammers,flamers.....Then why are you giving me a ban for chat everytime when one ends???Ok......Bugs,bugs,bugs....lets talk about bugs......there is a lot of bugs,but here is one:everytime heimerdinger's turrets is hitting me without dealing any damage and its foollowing me untill i destroy it....That is just one of lot of bugs,but ok....(its not ok) You are probbably gonna delete this because you dont want to someone see this......Can you just made another game exept this LoL.
