AFK bans

OK guys im just wondering, you know the afk bans can give you 20mins for afking. Well this doesn't really change a player's afking. Sure for a week or two but after that they might afk again and just do bot matches to get away with it. So im wondering should riot change the leaverbuster punishment. Plz give ideas on how they can change it A bit of info

1. They should not perma or semi ban a prson because thats too much
2. removing RP would be too big of a problem
3. Some players dont need ip so dont remove that Please upvote :)
