okay so basically

take the runic shield out - that teaches you to moba wrong (or put the execute on ranged aa and make it like a dudebro doran option for adc's)

make snowdown a training ground for 'arbiter' accounts.

call it enderball or something stupid but basically - train yourself to run teleport/smite on your summoners

leave enderball a year round event - make the kings urf or something he just switches sides

if you can reach say gold in the arbiter ranked league - you may activate your new arbiter ranked league, and essentially enter the normal ranked que - from bronze V with arbiter handicaps (boots are unavailable and your summoner spells are permanently set to tp/smite)

literally the only thing that makes me twinge at this is with the cdr addition to lich bane - suddenly jungle items went from the most broken in the game to needing a massive buff (especially considering the hack-job on devourer)
