Rotating/Featured Game Mode ranked ideas/general RGM/FGM ideas.
I was bored and thought of this stuff so figured why not see what Reds and the boards community thought.
Ranked only:
ELO decay even in bronze if you don't play one match every 9 days. The 9 days goes with the 4 day RGM change.
All RGM types are in the same ranked mode.
Give unique season rewards for them, like the 3v3 rewards, could be icons/wards/skins/etc, possibly themed in the one that the player had the most wins in.
General ideas (Ranked would be possible with these as well):
2 different ones per weekend so that less people are left out and/OR make them also available on weekdays so 4 days of one then 4 days of the other overlapping on the fourth day.
Possibly make doom bots into a pvp where both teams get the OPness that the bots had OR make it like Nexus siege with the defending team being the ones who have the OPness and quickest victory is the win. Perhaps locking it to where only certain champions could be played and adding more over time since I realize that only certain bots were given special abilities before.
Do the featured/rotating game modes in an actual order, without repeating any before the cycle is complete, so that everyone who likes one in particular gets their chance. For events like Snowdown or the Harrowing where you'd want certain modes make them available through the duration of the event, with the normal FGM/RGM still continuing, do the same for newly created modes.
Allow the new RGM/FGM to be played 24 hours before it opens via custom mode to practice/learn it a bit.
Certain goals for each mode that would give an icon - Getting a hexakill is kinda obvious.. Activating the Poro King, Ascending, etc. (I realize a lot of events started with this, but make the new icons different than the old ones.)
Make them all playable in draft mode, when they're around.
