QOL Improvement for ARAM - Buying IP boost should extend the duration of Champion/Skin Selectionj

I love it when teammates buy the Skin Boost during the Champion Select of an ARAM, but it doesn't happen very often. When it does, it's usually when the team is super hyped up about the champions we've been rolled. Then some kind soul thinks we have a really good chance of smashing face on the murder bridge, and buys the Boost.

But sometimes that decision comes just as the game is about to start, and we don't even have the chance to choose a skin! My proposition is simply to extend the duration of Champion Select by 30 seconds whenever someone Skin Boosts the team!
