Leavebuster for client crash

I really don't think it's fair for leave buster to punish me for a client crash due to problems caused by the inability of riot's system to function properly. My game recently crashed in loading screen which required a restart of my computer and 7 minutes into the game i was taking my first camp in the jungle. Even though our team pulled through and won with teamwork, someone felt the need to report me for AFK and sure enough i get the message telling me that i went AFK in game. This is out of my hands but i sure hope riot does something about this.
