A question about matchmaking in Ranked

Ok so I am Silver 2 and a few weeks ago (and months prior to that) I would get matched with teams that seemed pretty fair you know, (having at least 2 or 3 Silver 3's and 2/3 Silver 2's).

As of recently, on two accounts (each is Silver 2), I have been getting like Bronze people on my team (or Silver V's - same shit as bronze), literally bronze people and I'd be going up against higher Silver and low Gold teams (Silver 12 + Gold 45). On both accounts it's really odd that I lost about 8 to 9 in a row then won another 10 straight.

What's wrong with the matchmaking in ranked now? I've never encountered such an issue in Season 4.
