If you're playing on your shitty school laptop with 20 FPS that tanks to 5 FPS every time a fight breaks out, get a job and get a better computer, or stick to Club Penguin. There's heaps of issues that are uncontrollable - ISPs going down, on-and-off network latency, server-side issues. Whether you play on a beast of a computer or a toaster is something under the control of users. Be responsible and make sure you're not a burden to your team.

As soon as I noticed that my old Laptop could no longer handle LoL, I stopped playing and saved up money for computer parts.
