Visual Update

Riot, Stop giving champs who dont need visual updates, visual updates. Garen? Nasus? They have a high enough play rate, but there are some champs that have the ugliest in game models like Vlad, Urgot, Sion, Skarner, Karthus, etc. Not only do they need a visual update though, some need a complete rework. The Sivir rework was great her winrate went up like 6% so if you just keep reworking dead champs, that would be awesome, you could also throw in a couple new skins.
