Riot keeps deleting my posts because im speaking the truth and people agree

(Reason for me being upset very long ranked game chat restriction and 125 game chat restriction) Ok so i have been in a long conversation with riot support over the past few days. The first few messages seemed automated. Then we started to get some real responses from a actual person. The conversation when along the lines of being toxic. Well i got to explaining to the Riot employee that if your a grown man/women with a full time job and a full time job also at home and you get to play maybe 2 or 3 games a day and you run into people who intent feed, afk , ect. It ruins games and makes people upset. ANYONE can relate to this no matter what division you are in. Well i told these specific players they was bad and suck at the if they AFK , Intent feed. Am i wrong honestly??? Since 2009 i have never had a account punished with bans till now. I think its because the automated ban system that riot runs now. Back when tribunal was real and here they could see people saying "F**k you im going afk" and soon after the team rages at that one individual who is ruining everyone game. Well now that one troll has power and can report his team for neg attitude at end of the game (thats what happen to me) and in following a player who is actually not a toxic person becomes more toxic and angry because of the actions of a automated system. Riot has sent me this email as my last response so i MIGHT be getting somewhere with them finally after over a week

Main point being here robots cant see all flaws of the game only human beings are able to see the fine print. The automated bans are making more toxic people then helping the community. I have seen first hand it do it to over at least 10 people that i game with regularly to the point to where i wont game with them anymore because im scared my account will get punished for just being in the game duo game with them.

Anyone else agree i have seen many similar posts on reddit regarding this dumb new system riot has created. (BRING THE PEOPLES RIGHTS TO VOTE BACK)

If you are asking honestly? Yes. From your own post, you sound like a rager who gets reported for flaming right along with whomever they got pissed off with because allchat arguments make the game worse and more toxic for the other 8 people who are just trying to enjoy themselves.

It just ridiculous one account i get gifted skins for good behavior and the other i get banned the robots are random dude.

do not: Type negative stuff, especially not in all chat.. Rage. Get upset.

You can 'call out' other players without being considered Toxic...I do it every-time, I repeat Every-time I encounter a rude person in game ! I just do it in a way that isn't so rude back...Most times they stop when they don't, I shut up and report after game..

People can be very annoying I get it. But, that doesn't mean you have to be a Jerk back to them...That just makes is worse for the rest of us.

To answer your question in OP ..Yes you honestly wrong IMO.

EDIT: My post upon rereading sounds a bit rough...let me add something...

What you could try to do is not to take what other say to You personally. Honestly I get more upset by someone picking at another person then if they would have spoken to me. So, do try and ignore or use the Mute function and if appropriate report.

Here's where I feel like pointing out that Reporting is important to do. I think when doing so you should take into consideration if it was a joke, or a one line comment, or if it was truly being a Jerk before you hit the button.
