Suggestion IP Login Verification

Would like to add this as a suggestion, so players can add an additional layer of protection to their accounts to prevent (Phishing) and (Account Hacking.)

Add a feature to client similar to what (Steam) uses, Blizzard, NCsoft, Guild Wars 2, Trion Worlds, basically how it works is when a player logs in from a unknown IP address an email is sent to the players account with a 4 digit verification code that has to be typed in there, a player can manually turn this feature on and off in the account, however players that use this would have a lot more security on their accounts because passwords just don't cut it anymore due to how easy it is to exploit Java, Flash, basic Scripts, and Phish users.

I see users on and off who claim their account has been hacked, this would help prevent it, and a user can add it to a saved location so the IP they login from is a trusted login location.

This would also effectively help rule out elo /mmr boosting to a certain point.

Also a user can white list a IP address on their account or multiple IP addresses that they often play from, and it makes things more secure, as well as login to their account and remove old locations and such this way its not a problem for users who travel a lot or play from other locations.
