Done trying to get J4 to work

I have researched this champ and tried the setup and build and he is garbage. He is so weak defense I can put 2 armor builds on him and he still looses health just from minion waves. His mana can't be controlled. Now this really got me is I picked him last night top lane and last pick other team was vayne. Who last 3 times I played him she is who they counter with. This Wayne start of game 3 shots me and dead. We had no Jg who went afk. I talked to the team saying having issues. She had no Mr and no armor. I went under turret to farm and well she had the range to still get me and they had a Jg who played. At the end of the game a toxic jinx say she reported me fir feeding vayne and complain about her. I stated I wasnt trying to feed her I couldn't stop her. She went everywhere feeding getting fed. So if playing J4 is going to get me report then he is not worth playing as well as he is so weak he isn't fun. Sucks. I don't complain about champs on here I just refuse to use them after nerfed like Viktor. Won't touch him now either. But I really wanted J4 to work and he isn't a team champ. Needs another nerf again.
