WTF is this and this? Boards and Game map

Seriously, wtf is this? This new forum layout is confusing and not at all intuitive. I just got done playing a game on rift, and WTF riot? whole game long I kept thinking my graphic settings were set to ultra low and spent a good deal trying to figure out how to get back to the better looking one. Also the shop. wtf man? Choose a style for the shop and stick with it, god damn. I am spending more time looking in the shop trying to find items.

Maybe league of legends just isn't for me anymore, or I have become a bitter old vet. I don't know.
