Mordekaiser

The ap wrecking ball is live, even in the tank meta, i ran mid lane with him vs an ahri and once I hit level 6 on him I roamed both top and bot lane a few times and sure enough he went in like a wrecking ball, and the enemy team was in scrambles trying to figure out how to group up and counter my damage but with mords R %health damage and an ignite they couldn't tank my damage. my team (nasus,shaco,mord,ashe,blitzcrank) enemy team ( corki,blitzcrank,nunu,nasus,ahri) and i just played a really good game cause right before they were able to kill me i was able to E+Q combo agian getting half my health back and refilling my passive shield, since mords cooldowns are so much faster then every enemy champion they dont have use of their abilitys enough times to finish him before he can refresh his passive shield to absorb their pokes leaving them to have to run, since in a dog fight mord will most likely come out alive thanks to his W also giving him armor and mr boosts along side is passive shield, and so with more damage you cause the more you keep up your passive shield so wrecking the enemy team makes him tankier so mord kills a birds with 2 stones.
