Good enough for Pro teams

I feel that this game is not based around solo que at all its to team oriented. I also feel that i am good enough at the game if i had a 5 man team that i could talk to and play with we could win i make good calls and i do my best to win game but sadly that never happens because winning is not on my team mates agenda i am willing to prove that theory if any way possible if anyone wants to help me out or know of anything non pro team recruiting let me know thanks
