BOTS IN LEAGUE

Why riot wont let us buy another lvl 30 once we get to 30 with our smurf? For me the main reason i can find for booting/grinding is because people dont want to waste their life playing with noobs all over again until you get to lvl 30.It´s well over 300 games played and not everybody got time to it. I see no reason for smurfing and people who want secondary account dont have other to way to get them other then buying or botting. And yes this is riot fault, if you let people sell their account in your web-site and you let people buy lvl 30 account once you got to it that would be amazing, And let´s explain me now.

-Let people sell accounts?Well yea why not? Just make some rules, like if you buy someones account the account will be putted in unranked and you will only be purchasing the lvl30, the skins, champs and other thinks that wont affect the gameplay,like reseting all games made till then.And you will only be able to sell your account after one year of usage.

-Buy lvl 30 accounts?Why not too? Again, just make some rules, For example if you have a main account that is 1 year or older you are able to buy 1 and just one smurf lvl30.

-But Dark if we buy other people account wont we be buying account over 1 year? For sure but thats Riot job to reset those account details once someone buy the account to other person.

This 3 Reason are the only things i think riot needs to do so bots stop existing. However there is still cheaters and with them DELETE their account and make them run all over again the 30 lvl´s.
