Dear Riot Uracan (And those who are changing events)

I completely get it. You guys have the thirst. You want more gold in your pockets and online tournaments is hurting that. But your greed is going to hurt yourselves in the end. I recently starting buying into this game with real cash for one reason - I liked what you were doing. I like the game, I like the changes from patch to patch that make it different. Most of all, I like online tournaments. They're a fun way to meet new players who aren't toxic (Cause the community of tournament hosts ban toxic players). They're a good way to learn new skills and get better at the game. They also have added incentive to do better since you have the motivation of winning RP.

Taking this away hurts, man.

I don't go to live events simply because they are few and far between. There isn't a large enough player base in my city (not town, city) to support regular tournaments and when they do pop up I have to hope that it's on a weekend I don't work or I won't be able to participate anyway. I enjoy league from the comfort of my home and enjoy tournaments the same way. If over 450 down-votes on the topic wasn't enough, read the 20 pages of comments and see how put off the community is by this decision.

I don't mean to threaten, but I won't be spending money on this game in the future if you take away the things that make an already toxic game more enjoyable and more rewarding.
