Someone in this Diamond+ game has 6 leaves in the last week.

One of them was game I was in ~5 days ago, and they rage quit. I'm assuming their other leaves are also rage quits.

Why isn't there a tougher stance on this behavior in ranked? This player should not be able to queue for ranked.
