Leaver hue and in client ping

I love the leaver buster and the incentive that it puts on players not to afk or leave games. I just wish i had an easier time with it since my internet is so bad that i occasionally have to deal with things like 5k ping. That aside I wanted to talk about the possibility of being able to see your leaver level in the client somewhere or find a way to make your leaver score much more easier to see. As for the in client ping i thought it might be a good idea to let players be able to see their ping before they get into game, just as a way to make sure people don't accidentally start a game with 5k ping :)

The leaver buster level in client would possible be like a hue players could see around their name or a leaver level . Being able to see the leaver level with a red hue once your level gets almost into the lower priority queue would let players know you are one step away from stepping on a teemo shroom and getting blown into lower priority queue.
