Can we have an off client store?

Proposal: Have an off client store possibly accessible on the League of Legends website.

I only have access to League of Legends 3 days a week when I play at net cafes. But sometimes there are sales that I would like to benefit from but am unable to do so due to being unable to access the League of Legends client the other 4 days and I am disappointed that I missed out.

So this got me thinking. Why not have the League of Legends in-client store accessible from the League of Legends site. Since the League of Legends site is already account specific for things such as the Boards, match history etc. I see the possibility and functionality of an off client store on the League of Legends site being realistic and would actually cater to a large population of the League of Legends community.

The steam store already has this function and I think this would be a very beneficial modification for League of Legends.
