Why so hate?

Just an observation, whenever someone suggests overall buffs to supports (ap items, ss ideas, gp10 items, warding, general love for utility) all the ragers come out and say "No stfu". Not everyone mind you, but these threads seem to be magnets for people that like to hate on support mains just for wanting some love to champions and a role they enjoy.
