Issues with League Client.

I'm a little upset and need some help/guidance.

I just patched my client and was watching the LOL esports, and decided to try out the Dark Star mode. I load the game, and i am met with this error.

Unknown directx error. please make sure your video card supports shader model 2.0 and that it is using drivers from the manufacture.

I couldn't leave the load screen, and it kept trying to reload the game. Eventually the game ended and I got marked as a Leaver for that match. And now when I try to join a queue, I get placed in Low Priority queue for leaving a game

This has never happened before until I recently updated my client. How do I fix this? All my drivers are up to date. This is frustrating.

Sometimes you may need to reinstall, update to a beta driver, or roll back to a previous version of your video driver due to a conflict or corrupted update; please refer to the Bug Splat & Game Crashes guide for troubleshooting this. I recommend trying that, but if the issue is with the client the usual first response is to do a client repair, and a clean reinstall with the Hextech Repair Tool if that doesn't work.

Normally I'd advise to play the mode in a Custom to see if your fix worked, but Dark Star isn't available outside of PvP. Check if you get the crash in another mode through a Custom or the Practice Tool; if it does crash then you'll want to use those to verify your fixes.

If this doesn't solve your issue, please post on the Help & Support board for assistance from a Rioter.
