Fastest Champion
If every champion at 18 with 6 items (assuming all CDR and Movement speed items) were to run down the mid lane from base to base who would get there first? my guess is hecarim. All summoner spells allowed except teleport.

I actually think Sion might beat hec and rammus, cause you can ghost + home-guard (just like hec and rammus would) and once that is out u can ult. But its 1 of those 3.

I mean, you could have perfectly spaced caster minions so that Irelia could bladesurge the entire distance, right?
It also depends on the build. Rammus and Sion probably wouldn't prioritize CDR and MS items as much as Hecarim would. You could also consider others with higher base MS and then going boots + 5*Zephyr would increase their MS by even more?
I'd ultimately go with Hecarim though. You can have his charge up almost half of the time, his ultimate is also a displacement, and under normal build circumstances he could still have built ghostblade and zephyr for bonus MS that the others would not have built. Especially if you're racing an enemy because he could fear them behind him using his ult :P
i mean...ms hecarim can reach 2-5 thousand ms (something like that) and rammus can go way higher than that at peek Q (ms rammus)
Probably either Hecarim or Rammus. I forget which one has the highest final MS in their mobility spell.
